How to Request a Return/Refund

2. Share your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and reason for return
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit/replacement, at your preference) within 7–10 business days of approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, as coordinated with our support team.

Damaged/Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
